Free in-home estimate. We measure, design, and install. You approve every step before anything is built.
That's why we offer a free in-home estimate. A designer visits your house, measures the kitchen or bathroom, and walks through the options with you. By the end of the visit you'll have a written quote in hand. No guessing, no pressure to commit on the spot.
We've been doing this since 2009. Over 500 homes in the Houston area. The process works the same way every time: one visit, one quote, no surprises. If you decide to move forward, we handle the design, production, and installation ourselves. Nothing gets subcontracted out.
Shaker, flat-panel, and raised-panel styles. Custom sizing for kitchens that don't fit standard dimensions. Plywood box construction throughout. 50+ finishes including painted and stained wood options. All with solid wood doors, dovetail drawers, and soft-close hardware as standard.
Single and double sink configurations. Wall-mount and freestanding options. Granite and quartz countertop combinations available through the same project. We match the vanity finish to your existing bathroom tile and flooring so the whole room reads as one decision, not three separate ones.
After the in-home visit, our design team puts together a 3D layout of your kitchen or bathroom with the cabinet style and finish you chose. You review it, ask for changes, and sign off before a single cabinet gets built. Most homeowners request one or two small adjustments. Some request none. Either way, nothing moves to production until you say it looks right.
This step exists because delivery day should have no surprises. The 3D review is where you confirm door style, finish color, layout, and hardware. By the time your cabinets are installed, you've already seen exactly what they'll look like.
You call or fill out the form. We set up an in-home visit, usually within a few days. A designer comes out, measures the space, talks through what you have in mind, and leaves you with a written quote. No charge, no follow-up pressure.
If you decide to move forward, the next step is the 3D design review. You'll see your new kitchen or bathroom on screen before anything is ordered. Once you approve it, we go into production. Four to six weeks later, our crew shows up to install. We work around your schedule, keep the site clean each day, and don't leave until the cabinets are level and the doors are adjusted.
Most budget cabinet lines use particleboard boxes and MDF doors. We don't. Every Olafab Cabinetry cabinet has a plywood box, solid wood doors, and dovetail drawer construction. These aren't upgrades you pay extra for. They're how we build every order regardless of project size.
Plywood handles Houston's humidity better than particleboard. It won't swell around the dishwasher or fail under the sink over time. The dovetail joinery on the drawers holds up to daily use without loosening at the corners. We've seen Olafab Cabinetry cabinets from 2012 that still work correctly. That's the result of building them right the first time.
That number matters because it means we've seen most of the situations that come up during a Houston kitchen or bathroom project. Old homes with out-of-square walls. Tight galley kitchens. Bathrooms where the plumbing runs in unexpected places. We know how to work around those things without blowing up the timeline or adding costs after the fact.
Homeowners in Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and The Woodlands have been calling us for repeat work. That happens when the first project goes the way it was supposed to. We don't aim for a high volume of jobs. We aim to finish each one correctly so the homeowner has no reason to look for a different company next time.
Photos don't do finish colors justice. Come to our Houston showroom and hold the door samples in your hand. You'll make a better decision in 20 minutes at the showroom than in two hours looking at photos online.
Flat-front doors with no visible frame. Works well in open kitchens and pairs with quartz or concrete countertops. Available with integrated handles or push-to-open hardware. The most requested style in newer Houston construction.
Recessed center panel with a simple wood frame. Our most-requested style overall. Works with almost any countertop or floor, holds up well over time, and is available painted or in natural wood stains.
Raised center panel with decorative frame detailing. Common in traditional Houston homes. Usually done in oak, maple, or cherry with a warm stain finish. A good match for homes built in the 1980s and 1990s.
Every Olafab Cabinetry cabinet passes this checklist before it leaves our Houston shop. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
"Olafab Cabinetry did our full kitchen in Katy. Shaker cabinets in white with quartz counters. The cabinets are solid, doors all close right, and the crew was in and out in 3 days. No damage to anything. Really straightforward company."
"We replaced the original cabinets in our 1990s Sugar Land house. Olafab Cabinetry measured, designed the layout, and gave us a quote the same week. Production took 5 weeks and install took 4 days. Cabinets look like they've always been there."
"The bathroom vanity came out better than I expected. They matched the finish to my existing floor without me having to explain it three times. Install was one day. No mess left behind. I'd use them again without hesitating."
