By using olacabinetry.com or engaging Olafab Cabinetry for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the site or services.
Olafab Cabinetry provides kitchen cabinet, bathroom vanity, countertop, and flooring installation services in Houston TX and surrounding areas. Written estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until a signed project agreement is in place.
We accept major credit cards, check, and cash. Payment schedules are detailed in each project contract and must be followed as agreed. Net-30 payment terms are available for qualified trade accounts.
Changes to an order after production begins may incur additional fees. Projects cancelled after production has started are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value. We will communicate any applicable fees before proceeding.
Delivery and installation dates are estimated and may be affected by material availability, weather, or job site conditions. Olafab Cabinetry will notify you of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
Installed products are non-returnable. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Items damaged due to improper use or installation by others are not eligible for replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning products, modification by others, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service requires contacting Olafab Cabinetry directly at (713) 460-1100.
Olafab Cabinetry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Harris County, Texas.
